Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days upon receipt of payment.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping methods:

• Italy: Standard Shipping (2 to 6 business days) - Free on orders over €150.00, otherwise €20.00
• European Union (EU): Standard International Shipping (4–9 business days) – Free on orders over €150.00, otherwise €30.00
• United Kingdom (UK): Standard International Shipping (4 to 9 business days) - €20.00
• Rest of World: Standard International Shipping (4 to 12 business days) - €35.00

The estimated delivery time is calculated from the shipment dispatch date. It may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimate the expected delivery date.

Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs and import duties may be applicable according to your country's regulations.Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Undeliverable Packages
In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, it may be returned to us. If your package is returned, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
